Age Requirements and Grade Levels
Students entering the SKPS Preschool program must be 3 or 4 years of age, respectively, by September 1st. A student entering kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1. Official certificates of birth and baptism (baptism if applicable) are required at the time of registration. Those registering for grades 1-8 must fulfill the age requirement for the desired grade and and provide a record release from their previous school. Grade level and academic group determinations are made on the basis of school records.

Registration Phases
Registration for Saint Kilian Parish School is offered to families on a priority basis as noted below. Registration for the 2012 - 2013 school year will be online this year. Details, tuition schedules and registration links will be posted here as they are released.

All phases will begin at 9:00am SKPS time on the first day listed below. Online links to your forms, etc. will not be available until 9:00am.

New Siblings

Online Steps - Available 02.07.12 at 9:00am.

  1. Initiate your enrollment request through the Headmaster Parent Portal.
  2. Pay your Non-Refundable Registration Fee(s) of $150 per child online at Clover Corner.
    *Registration fees are non-refundable for any reason (changed mind, moving, etc.). However, this fee is applied to your 2012-2013 tuition. Online payments only please! Checks and cash will not be accepted.
  3. Once we confirm your spot, we will provide you with both the required forms and a list of documents we will need a copy of. We cannot accept documents or forms until we have a confirmed spot for your child.

New Students to SKPS

Online Steps - Available beginning 02.10.12 by Phase at 9:00am.

  1. Verify we have available placements for your child in the chart above - coming soon!

School Physicals and Dental Exams
Dental exams are required for Kindergarten, 3rd and 7th Grade Students. School physicals are required for Kindergarten and 6th Grade Students. Physical forms are due prior to the start of the new school year and are NOT required at this time for enrollment purposes. The school will issue an email regarding physicals and dental exams later this school year.
