2012 - 2013 Tuition Schedule
Private School Aid Service (PSAS) Student Aid Form 2012 - 2013 from the Diocese of Pittsburgh are forthcoming. If you would like a form for the next school year (2012 - 2013), please contact the school office at school@saintkilian.org with your name and address.
Please note, families who pay in full before July 15, 2012 will receive a 3% discount off their tuition. For families who choose to pay monthly, your specified account will be debitted monthly from July 2012 through April 15, 2013 (10 debits beginning on approximately July 15, 2012).

*it is important to note that the tuition paid by families covers approximately 60% of the budgeted costs. Saint Kilian Parish provides direct subsidy for approximately 25% and the remainder comes from donations, grants and fundraising. Need Assessment Procedure through Private School Aid Service (PSAS)
All parents applying to either the Bishop's Education Fund or the Scholastic Opportunity Scholarship Fund must have their need assessed by Private School Aid Service (PSAS), a company from Cleveland, OH that specializes in evaluating financial need. Parents submit a copy of their federal tax return (and state tax if applying to SOS), a completed 2012 - 2013 "Student Aid Form (with their pastor's signature if applying to BEF), and a $23 administrative fee.
"Student Aid Forms" are due to PSAS no later than MARCH 15, 2012. Incomplete forms will be put on hold until the requested information is received. The signed form must be sent directly to PSAS as indicated in the instructions on the form itself.
The form is also available on the Diocesan website that parents are free to download, print, complete and mail.
Tuition Credits Via Gift Card Fundraising
Please remember that you can earn tuition credit for the 2012 - 2013 school year through the gift card fundraising program. 50% of every dollar that exceeds your family's gift card fundraising goal for this school year will be credited towards your child's tuition for the 2012 - 2013 school year. For example, if your family's gift card fundraising goal is $320 and your family raises $500, you will earn $90 towards next year's tuition (1/2 of $180). You will be able to purchase gift cards for the 2012 - 2013 school year up until April 30, 2013. For more information on our gift card program, click here.
