• 11:00am - Registration and range open
• 12:45pm - All foursomes must be checked in and in carts ready to start
• 1:00pm - Shotgun Start
• 6:00pm - Steak Dinner

WE NEED YOUR HELP!
 In order for this event to be a huge success, we need volunteers to help in planning. This outing will kick off our fundraising efforts for the 2009-2010 school year. We were able to raise around $14,000.00 last year with very minimal volunteers, so with your help we are hoping it will be even a bigger success this year.

Below are the areas that we need help:

• Chinese Auction Basket Team
• Hole Sponsors
• Silent Auction items 
• Hole-In-One Car sponsor - There is a car donated by a local dealer and placed on one of the holes at the outing.  If someone hits a hole in one, they win the car (someone came within inches last year).
• Event Day Volunteers - We had a great time last year and got to meet a lot of great people! 15 volunteers would be a huge help that day.  We have multiple contests going on throughout the day that require 2 people to monitors different holes, chinese raffle tickets, 50/50 tickets and contests to buy in on.

We would like to have a meeting with the golf outing committee before school is out, so please contact Sheila Coulson ASAP if you are willing to help with this event.
