The Used Uniform Sale will be Saturday, July 31, 2010 to help parents purchase gently used uniforms for the upcoming school year. You name the price on your uniform pieces, and the Used Uniform Sale will help you sell it. So price to sell!
Note that only items specified in the Uniform Policy Guidelines may be sold. We will have copies of the Uniform Policy Guidelines on hand at the sale for your reference.
The Used Uniform Sale is a fundraising event for our PTG and 10% of the value of your sold purchases will be given to PTG for future school events (think of the 10% as your ticket of admission into the sale). Families can also consider donating all or some of their items to the PTG as a way of giving back to the school; your donation to the sale can help the PTG plan events for the kids for next school year, This decision is voluntary. If you chose to receive your profits:
- Drop off a self addressed, stamped envelope with your items to sell and we will mail your profits to you approximately one week after the sale.
OR
- You will receive your profit check via backpack the first week of school.
Used Uniform Sale Guidelines
- Only uniform apparel and Spirit Wear bought from Land's End or Sharon's Stitches may be resold at the Used Uniform Sale with one exception: white, button down, collared shirts of any brand/collar type may be sold.
- No shoes, socks, or tights will be resold.
- Clothing that goes unsold will be donated to the school; this clothing will be bundled into full uniform " care packages " and set aside to distribute throughout the year to families in need.
