Welcome to ClubCeltic 2011-2012!  We are excited to bring you another year full of fun experiences.  When considering a ClubCeltic program, please keep the following in mind:

  1. All programs run 3:15-4:15 pm unless otherwise noted in the program description.

  2. At the end of the school day, students will be dismissed directly to their ClubCeltic program.  ClubCeltic will be dismissed before the school busses..

  3. Dismissal from ClubCeltic is 4:15 (unless otherwise noted). Please pick up your children from the cafeteria doors at 4:15. 

  4. Our instructors will wait up to 15 minutes after dismissal to complete pick-up.  If you are more than 15 minutes late in picking up your child, they will be brought to the extended day room and charged accordingly.  

  5. To register for any of the programs, use the “Click Here” link under each class description.  You will need to submit one form for each child participating in each program. 

  6. You will receive a message for each registration form you complete, stating either that your child is confirmed for the class, or in the event the class was already full, that they are on the wait list. If you do not receive one of these messages prior to the start of the session, please contact us at clubceltic@saintkilian.org.

  7. NEW: Behavior Policy
         We ask that students participating in a ClubCeltic program extend to their ClubCeltic instructor the same level of attention and cooperation that they do to their classroom teacher.   Students who choose not to participate with the planned activity, or whose behavior distracts other students from the activity, will be reminded of the Celtic Way and encouraged to rejoin the group. If the situation persists, instructors will, at their discretion, redirect the student to the extended day room, where families will be charged according to the extended day policy. Please, before registering for a program, be sure your child is as excited to participate as we are to teach!
