• Is there a fee?
    No. All programs for this year are free. Some programs do require students to provide their own materials-this information is listed with the course description and will be reiterated in your confirmation email.

  • Who can attend?
    Any student enrolled at Saint Kilian. Some programs are limited to specific ages, so please note carefully the grade levels for each program.

  • How many can attend?
    Many programs have limited capacity, usually due to availability of equipment or difficulty of the materials presented. Be sure to sign up early!!

  • What happens if my child is not cooperative?
    We ask that students participating in a ClubCeltic program extend to their ClubCeltic instructor the same level of attention and cooperation that they do to their classroom teacher.   Students who choose not to participate with the planned activity, or whose behavior distracts other students from the activity, will be reminded of the Celtic Way and encouraged to rejoin the group. If the situation persists, instructors will, at their discretion, redirect the student to the extended day room, where families will be charged according to the extended day policy. Please, before registering for a program, be sure your child is as excited to participate as we are to teach!

  • What time do programs run?
    3:15-4:15 unless otherwise indicated.

  • How do the students get from their classroom to Club Celtic?
    You will need to send in a "Note to Teacher" form on the morning of any day your child is attending an enrichment program. Pl    ease indicate Club Celtic in the "other" section of the form. At the end of the school day, students will be dismissed directly to their ClubCeltic program. ClubCeltic will be dismissed before the school busses.

  • What if my student regularly attends Extended Day?
    You will not be charged for the time your student spends in the enrichment program.

  • What is the dismissal/pick up procedure?
    Programs end at 4:15 (unless otherwise noted in the course description). Instructors will wait 15 minutes after the completion of the program to complete pickup. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE your child will be brought to the Extended Day room and will be charged the full first hour fee as soon as they enter the room (regardless of how long they stay in the room); please see the Extended Day for specifics of how charges are accrued. Please pick up your children from the cafeteria doors at 4:15. 

  • Will I get a confirmation?
    Yes, you will receive an email confirming your child's slot in the program. If the program you registered for was full, that too will be communicated by email. Confirmations are sent on a rolling basis, approximately 2-3 days after you register.

  • What if I need to cancel?
    To notify us of a cancellation, please send an email to clubceltic@saintkilian.org.
